Every bespoke piece is designed from scratch for one person and is never reproduced. Ready-to-order designs can be made again, but are always finished to your specifications.

As many as it takes to feel right. Nothing moves to production without your approval — and for intricate pieces we send a physical hard casting before any stone is set.

Typically an advance to begin design, a stage payment once the casting is approved, and the balance before dispatch. We'll share a clear schedule in writing before starting.

Keep it away from perfume and harsh cleaners, store pieces separately, and wipe gently with a soft cloth. We're always happy to clean and service anything we've made.
